Ryan Turner was born and raised right here in Stockton, California. He attended St. Mary's High School before earning his degree from the University of the Pacific in 2009. The following year, he opened his Farmers Insurance agency with a simple mission: give Central Valley families the kind of honest, personal insurance experience they deserve.

Since 2010, Ryan has built WeInsureCali into one of the most recognized and awarded agencies in the Farmers Insurance network. His agency consistently ranks in the top 3% of all Farmers agents nationwide, earning prestigious honors including the Championship Award, Topper Club, Blue Vase, and multiple Presidents Council recognitions.

But awards are not what drive Ryan. What gets him up every morning is the chance to make insurance make sense for real people. Whether it is a young family buying their first home, a contractor expanding their fleet, or a retiree looking for the right Medicare supplement, Ryan and his team take the time to listen, educate, and build coverage that truly fits.

Outside the office, Ryan is deeply involved in the Stockton community. He is an active member of the Rotary Club, sponsors local charity runs, supports LifeSong Church, and participates in the Chamber of Commerce and LeTip networking groups. For Ryan, protecting his community means more than just writing policies. It means showing up.
